    • Grounding between stable and extending parts using flexible copper cable with a cross-section of 95 mm² laid in a guiding chain under the platform floor

  2. Vertical Telescopic Lifting Three-Part Column

    • Basic structure made of steel, composed of three parts of square section, guided by adjustable sliders with extension limiters for each extending part
    • Lift cylinder with locking brake valve (Bremssenk valve) mounted in the middle of the column
    • The non-telescoping basic part is welded to the base plate; the rear telescopic part is fixedly welded to the load-bearing structure of the working platform
    • Steering group fixed on the lower column, or connection block with electromagnetic distributors for controlling lifting, rotation, and telescoping functions, with a manual pump for emergency operation
  3. Base Plate with Bearing – Reducer for Rotation

    • Rotation limited to ± 100º, with the drive reducer located on the rotating part for easier hydraulic supply from the hydraulic distributor on the column
    • Electrical, pneumatic, and grounding conductors are routed under the base plate spiral.
  4. Hydraulic Installation

    • Hydraulic motor unit with hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil reservoir, safety components, oil cooler (engine on / off from the work platform and on the trolley platform)
    • Operating pressure – 100 bar
    • Pump flow rate – 35 L/min

    Execution Components
