Components:

1. Hydraulic Telescopic Working Platform

   • Dimensions in retracted state: 3200 x 1500 mm
   • Dimensions in extended state: 4700 x 1500 mm
   • Handle height: 1000 mm (as per tunnel clearance requirements)
   • Front and rear pivoting double-wing doors (chrome-plated) with inward opening
   • Protective detachable bars for safety when doors are open
   • Side sliding doors on both sides of the stable part of the working platform (chrome-plated) with mechanical locks, 700 (800) mm wide, equipped with detachable safety bars (handrails) for operation with open doors
   • Toolbox for tools installed under the floor at the rear overhang
   • Control box for platform operation on the left side of the stable part; power cable for lighting under the handle
   • Front connectors on the stable part for pneumatic tools with pipelines at 6 bar pressure and flow rate of 400 L/min
   • Hydraulic drive for the platform and compressed air provided by separate drive and compressor (Point II)
   • Floor under the cabin made of non-slip ribbed aluminum sheet, with a specific load capacity of 300 kg/m²
   • Protective railing made of chrome material, equipped with a 200 mm foot protection mesh with horizontal cam protection
   • Locking of the extending part using a double-locking valve on the telescopic cylinder
   • Grounding between stable and extending parts using flexible copper cable with a cross-section of 95 mm² laid in a guiding chain under the platform floor
   • Overhang of the non-extending part of the platform is 700 (1200) mm (see note)

2. Vertical Telescopic Lifting Three-Part Column

   • Basic structure made of steel, composed of three parts of square section, guided by adjustable sliders with extension limiters for each extending part
   • Lift cylinder with locking brake valve (Bremssenk valve) mounted in the middle of the column
   • The non-telescoping basic part is welded to the base plate; the rear telescopic part is fixedly welded to the load-bearing structure of the working platform
   • Steering group fixed on the lower column, or connection block with electromagnetic distributors for controlling lifting, rotation, and telescoping functions, with a manual pump for emergency operation

3. Base Plate with Bearing – Reducer for Rotation

   • Rotation limited to ± 100º, with the drive reducer located on the rotating part for easier hydraulic supply from the hydraulic distributor on the column
   • Electrical, pneumatic, and grounding conductors are routed under the base plate spiral.

4. Hydraulic Installation

   • Hydraulic motor unit with hydraulic pump, hydraulic oil reservoir, safety components, oil cooler (engine on / off from the work platform and on the trolley platform)
   • Operating pressure – 100 bar
   • Pump flow rate – 35 L/min

   Execution Components

   • 2200 mm lifting cylinder equipped with a brake valve
   • 1500 mm telescopic cylinder for extending the working platform part with a double-lock valve
   • Rotating planetary gearbox with hydraulic motor and brake. Installed on the base plate.

   Management

   • Electromagnetic distributor group with proportional bypass valve
   • Control voltage 24 V DC
   • Control location – from the working platform

   Emergency Control – with manual hydraulic pump installed on the fixed part of the lifting column

   Connection Hoses

   • Hydraulic flexible hoses dimensions:
     • Push P V2 NP 10
     • Return T V1 NP 13
